WWF Living Planet Centre

Cole Jarman worked with Hopkins Architects to create an inspiring HQ for the environmental charity WWF-UK in Woking in which optimising the acoustics was a key consideration in the building’s design. Cole Jarman also assisted the contractor, Willmott Dixon, in the execution of the design, inspecting the construction as it progressed and undertaking a comprehensive programme of commissioning to ensure the intended acoustic performance was achieved. The Living Planet Centre was officially opened by Sir David Attenborough on 1st November 2013 and attained the BREEAM “outstanding” rating for sustainable design.
