Vivi, Centre Point
Centre Point is a 1960’s grade 2 listed development including a 33 storey tower, a nine storey block and linking occupied bridge. Originally offices, it has recently been largely converted to residential. The link block incorporates two restaurants.
The upper level is occupied by Vivi, part of the Rhubarb Group. The units shell is concrete and glass, which if untreated would have led to a very reverberant space. However, for a restaurant of this type an atmosphere with a buzz is still required.
