Vauxhall Tower

The final phase of the St George Wharf development is a 52 storey residential tower, incorporating 5 levels of penthouse and a wind turbine on the roof. We are appointed to advise on all aspects of the acoustic design of the Tower.

Of particular interest is the wind turbine, which requires careful design to ensure that it does not give rise to unacceptable levels of airborne and structure borne noise or vibration in proposed or existing dwellings.
