This project involved the conversion of a stately home into a university campus. Our input included assessments of mechanical services noise in addition to an assessment of the central dome which is a circulation, meeting and performance area.

Detailed modelling was undertaken to consider means to reduce the highly focused and reverberant acoustic conditions. Our final recommendations for the dome were discounted due to preservation requirements, however an additional assessment of the space allowed for a Shakespeare production to be successfully held in the round from a central platform.
