Our full involvement in the Architectural and Mechanical Designs for the most extensive refurbishment of this hallmark hotel. This includes the design of a new 42 bed section of the hotel, and also a further separate 15 bedroom extension to the Arlington Street side of the hotel.

Our advice extended to include full involvement in the procurement process and conception of a noise and vibration control scheme during the construction period that would allow the hotel to continue to function during the 2 year construction programme.
