The Restaurant Group

Cole Jarman have provided advice on some 100 schemes for the Restaurant Group (formerly City Centre Restaurants). Schemes have included many Frankie and Benny’s, Caff Uno’s, Chiquito’s, Est Est Est and Blubeckers.

Issues considered include the impact of plant noise and sound insulation to neighbouring users. These have included protection of a small concert hall, as well as cinemas and hotels. Advice has also been provided on many lease negotiations to agree shell specifications.
