Stone Path Drive, Hatfield

RSK Environment Ltd was instructed by Bellway Homes Essex to undertake an acoustic assessment to discharge noise and vibration related planning conditions for the proposed residential development on land off Stone Path Drive at Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford.

The proposed development comprised of 140 dwellings, introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water mitigation and attenuation, site access off Stone Path Drive with associated ancillary works. The proposed dwellings consisted of 2-storey detached, semi-detached and apartment block buildings together with single storey bungalows.
