St George Wharf

St George Wharf is an award winning residential and multi use development in Vauxhall, London. For each block on the site, we have undertaken a full traffic noise assessment including measurement of incident noise levels, a study for planning purposes and the specification of the glazing performance of the various facades.

We have reviewed all internal construction proposals both between and within residences and development of details to ensure adequate sound insulation. Construction details to meet Eco Homes ratings have been developed where required. We have specified the control of internal and external plant noise levels associated with the comfort cooling systems.
