St Anne’s Residential and Chapel

This development for The Little Sisters of the Poor provided a chapel and a nursing / care home for 30 elderly residents and also provided 19 sheltered apartments.

Design advice was provided on the external building fabric required to prevent excessive noise intrusion, the design of internal partitions and doors to achieve suitable sound insulation and for the optimisation of room acoustics for the chapel, auditorium, library and atrium spaces.
