Cole Jarman have advised Restaurateurs Corbin and King on several of their London restaurants. Soutine opened 2019. Cole Jarman advised on upgrading the sound insulation of the party floors and walls to residences above and to the side of the restaurant tenancy. To the rear of the premises in a wide lightwell new plant was installed. Cole Jarman advised on attenuation of the plant and treatment of the new plant room enclosure to protect the amenity of overlooking residents.
