Sonos Studio London

Cole Jarman carried out a detailed assessment of noise break-out to neighbouring residences and noise intrusion into adjacent residences through party wall constructions. A close working partnership with the design team and studio team was maintained throughout to establish a sound insulation design which agreed with the architectural aspiration and also allowed full use of the space as envisioned by the Sonos team. Given the proximity of dwellings to all sides of the space, this required detailed design and consideration of elements from internal fixings to ventilation strategy. The studio is now open and has successfully staged a number of events while maintaining the strict criteria set for external and internal noise levels.
