Cole Jarman have evaluated all the noise effects associated with the proposed construction of up to 800 dwellings, mixed use local centre, retail/commercial, primary school and new relief road infrastructure. Evaluation of the potential impacts of the contentious scheme on the Anne Hathaway’s Cottage heritage asset, Shottery Conservation Area and existing residential amenity were undertaken in detail as part of a formal Environmental Impact Assessment. Successfully presented evidence at the Public Inquiry; appealing against the decision to refuse planning permission for the scheme. The scheme was called in by the Secretary of State who subsequently allowed the appeal drawing on the advice of the Planning Inspector.
