Shortlands Junction

We were instructed by the London Borough of Bromley to assess the noise and vibration affects arising from the construction of Shortlands Junction Eurostar cross-over tunnel.

We negotiated noise limits and construction controls and assisted in the preparation of Section 61 Agreements between the Local Authority and the nominated contractors. We prepared and gave expert evidence on noise and vibration at the Transport & Works Act Inquiry convened to determine the proposals.
