Rockingham Race Circuit

Rockingham Motor Speedway was opened in 1984 as an American style oval race circuit with more traditional European style circuits laid within. The development of the Priors Hall new community to the east of the circuit has necessitated the formulation of a new noise control strategy to ensure the two uses can peacefully co-exist.

We developed that strategy, undertaking extensive monitoring and noise emission modelling and negotiating with the Local Authorities to develop an acceptable solution.
