Montevetro

Montevetro is a Richard Rogers designed residential development on the south side of the River Thames in the vicinity of Battersea Heliport. It utilises a curtain wall external fabric.

We undertook an assessment of noise generated by helicopters flying past the site and developed specifications for the sound insulation of the external facade. We also specified internal acoustic design standards as an enhancement to the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations, and the internal party walls and floors were developed accordingly.
