RSK Acoustics were instructed by Equity Real Estate Developments to undertake a noise assessment for residential development and associated works including means of access, parking and landscaping.

The site is located to the south-east of Reading city centre in Earley and is bounded by the M4 Motorway, B3270 Lower Early Way (south and west), Cutbush Lane to the north and existing commercial property to the east. The proposed scheme comprised development of three buildings with a mix of 1-3 bed apartments, split over 3 storeys.
