Acoustic consultancy design advice was provided on all aspects of acoustic separation and room acoustics for phases 2, 3 and 4 of the large Jupiter residential development in the heart of Birmingham.

The development formed part of a regeneration strategy for the area on what was formerly a brownfield site comprising derelict warehouse and factory units. We developed enhanced acoustic criteria and corresponding wall and floor constructions for the prestige Redrow Homes apartments and we successfully tested compliance prior to occupancy.
