Cole Jarman provided detailed acoustic consultancy advice to assist with a planning application to develop a 40 hectare parcel of land adjacent to A419 near Swindon. Our involvement helped our Client, Gazeley, to realise planning permission with unrestricted operational hours for 130,000 sqm of B2/B8 use.
A full Environmental Statement was submitted as part of the application with all matters relating to noise and vibration. We have since also provided assistance for reserved matters applications and detailed designs for specific occupiers.
