Emery Wharf, London Dock

Block D at London Dock is a mixed use development comprising approximately 130 new residences, a series of ground floor commercial use units and a basement energy centre. Acoustic design advice was provided to satisfy the requirements of Building Regulations Approved Document E and Code for Sustainable Homes credits targeted for the scheme, as well as noise related planning conditions. The work addressed the control of external noise intrusion from the busy roads nearby, internal acoustics for residences and around commercial shell areas, and control of noise emissions from the basement energy centre and apartment MVHR and cooling units.
