Deptford Creek EIA and Creekside Village EIA, Lewisham

RSK Acoustics and the wider RSK Group were commissioned to deliver the EIA for the Deptford Creek development which consists of 224 residential apartments and circa 2,500 sqm commercial space, and the Creekside Village Development consisting of just under 400 units through a multi-storey development. A noise assessment was required as part of a submission with a planning application for both project phases.

RSK Acoustics, as part of the wider RSK Group provided acoustics support through the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) phase for both developments. This included a monitoring regime (noise and vibration), computational noise modelling, noise control design and construction impact assessments.
