Curzon Renoir

Extensive acoustic design advice was provided for the refurbishment and upgrade of the Curzon Renoir Cinema, located underground in the Bruswick Centre, London. The scheme included the conversion of an existing 2 screen cinema into a 6 screen complex and with associated lobby and circulation areas.

Both structural and airborne sound transmission were considered between the proposed screens and also to nearby residences, above the cinema spaces. Guidance was provided with respect to internal room acoustic design to ensure optimum listening conditions are provided to cinema goers.
