Coventry Airport

We were the noise advisor to Warwick District Council, assisting them in determining the application for a new interim passenger terminal and associated commercial flights. We were briefed to undertake a comprehensive review of the noise impact study prepared by the Applicants.

This included carrying detailed measurements of noise levels affecting residences under the flight path during aircraft departures and arrivals. We were involved in negotiations on the setting of appropriate planning conditions and a Section 106 Agreement. We gave expert evidence on noise at the Planning Inquiry.
