Assessment of all noise and vibration impacts associated with a proposed 16 hectare News International Plc site on the south bank of the Thames at Deptford. An assessment of noise generation from a new tram link, road traffic links, leisure facilities, industrial uses and construction was undertaken using computer modelling.

The modelling allowed us to present noise contours and predicted noise levels in a clear and comprehensive format for inclusion in the Environmental Statement for the with and without development scenarios at noise sensitive locations and to develop a suitable noise mitigation strategy for the site.
