City Quay, St Katherine’s Dock

This luxury residential development is built around the St. Katherine’s Dock marina in the City of London. We undertook a full traffic noise assessment, including measurement of incident noise levels, categorisation in the relevant Noise Exposure Category for planning purposes and specification of the glazing performance on the various facades.

Our services covered an analysis of noise emission from the building services systems: this included the internal comfort cooling systems within the development as well as the environmental effects in and around the marina area.
