Aragon House, Fulham – City Pub Group

A noise impact assessment was undertaken in support of planning application for the refurbishment of Aragon House, Fulham, London for the City Pub Company.

The proposed development site comprised an existing pub with residential rooms above. The future use of the development is to include continued use of the pub, additional support spaces and facilities in the basement levels, and hotel rooms on the upper floors of the development. The development is located on a popular thoroughfare in an upmarket area of London, with the proposed development maximising use of space is such a sought-after area.
