RSK prepared and negotiated a Section 61 agreement with London Borough of Ealing for the construction stage works.

Noise and vibration monitoring instruments were subsequently installed and maintained at sensitive locations to provide real time monitoring and alerts to site managers during the construction works and weekly reporting to show compliance with site criteria.
