This mixed use scheme (32,000 ft2) by Lothbury Investment Management,  primarily comprises office accommodation, but also with five apartments on the top floor and a public house at basement and ground floor levels.

Cole Jarman advised on the sound insulation of the building against road traffic noise, sound insulation within the building between the different uses, control of plant noise and meeting acoustic requirements for BREEAM  (Pol 08 and HEA 13) and Code for Sustainable Homes (HEA 2).
