RSK were instructed by Mayfair Commercial Limited to investigate the cause of complaints generated by perceived vibrations experienced across various floors of 1 Curzon Street, Mayfair, Central London.

The assessment looked at the potential impacts of this vibration from both an internal and external perspective. Internal factors included building services, internal building activities and building structure composition with external influences looking into nearby building / construction works, transport links, sewage lines and neighbouring premises.
