Octavio is a Principal Consultant in RSKA. He graduated from the University of Granada with an MSc in Acoustic Engineering and his background includes a BEng in Electronics from the University of Malaga. Octavio has experience working in the US, EU and the Middle East giving him a wide range of understanding in many acoustic disciplines from architectural acoustic design to building services noise and electro-acoustic modelling.
Octavio has experience in environmental noise modelling (SoundPLAN / IMMI), room acoustics modelling and PAVA (CATT / EASE) as well as creating bespoke analysis tools.
